This 2 bedroom cozy and cute house has been completely remodeled both inside and out. It has a great front porch that overlooks Lake Lewisville and 2 private docks for guests use. You will love the beautiful view of the lake. It has comfortable and charming furnishings. Fully furnished. Both bedrooms have Sleep Number beds. Full-sized washer/Dryer, Central Heat and Air. This house is perfect for getaways or staying a few months.
Come stay at a waterfront property instead of a hotel - no matter what brings you to the area. It is perfect for all ages who want to experience a comfortable house and its outdoor amenities in a great location. Get back to nature and have a campfire right out your door while surrounding yourself with nature. Kayaks, Canoe, Paddleboards are included at no extra cost.
Bring your own boat if you would like. We have a dock that is located right behind that house that we share with our guests. It is also great for fishing and swimming. Bring your floats and cooler and come to relax.

Our house is located just a few miles down the street from Toyota Stadium, Comerica Center, The Cowboys - Ford Center at the Star, National Soccer Hall of Fame and The Fieldhouse. There many other athletic venues close by.
Hydrous cable wake boarding park, Tinman Social, Little Elm beach and the fun Hula Hut Restaurant is across the cove from the house in Little Elm. Little Elm sandy beach park is just minutes away as well. There are also several marinas close by with on-the-water dining at Hidden Cove Park. The location of this house cannot be beat. A perfect place to stay when visiting the DFW area for a vacation or wanting a staycation.
Lewisville Lake is a Corps of Engineer Lake and shoreline. As adjacent property owners, we and our guests abide any restriction. Motorized vehicles forbidden off roadway.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. It was just two of us for a month and the size of the house was great. The house was well equipped. If I would suggest one thing, an office chair. The beds were super comfortable. Easy access to the lake was nice for fishing and just a beautiful view from the house. Entertainment and shopping was close and easy to get to from the house.

Summary: Jerry and Jeri were terrific property managers. House was clean, in great shape and had everything we needed including a super view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay and they and their caretaker checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend one of their houses if you need a stay in the Dallas area. Lots of stores, restaurants and shopping nearby.

Summary: The cottage is beautiful easy to get to Frisco is a beautiful town. We loved every minute of it. Jerry, the owner was great very attentive and very accessible. He really made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back and do all the things that we didn’t get to do the first time round

Summary: Property was great! Perfect for a get away stay from the big city, but still all the important places in easy driving distance! Hosts were very friendly and outgoing without being intrusive. Fantastic stay and an easy 5 star to me!

Summary: This lake house was great for the week and located in a very peaceful community. My son was here for a baseball tournament and it was in a central location to all the fields he was scheduled to play at. House was very clean and had a great view of the lake. Owner, Jerry, was very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area which we tried out and he was spot on. The next time we are in the area we will definitely book this little house again!

Summary: Property was clean and recently remodeled. A very enjoyable stay just across the street from the lake with a very good lakeview. Convenient to everything. Great communication with the owner and with the maintenance manager who thanked us for staying with them and wished us well in our travels. A really delightful stay.

Summary: Overall, EXCELLENT! The property is perfect, even in January with the owner on-site and always available. We were to have a smaller cabin and he upgraded us to a bigger one right on the lake. Owner gives great suggestions for eating / groceries and even brought us over coupons to use. Cabin is VERY clean and adequately supplied. Close to Toyota Stadium, Little Elm, and lots of restaurants. If you are ever in Frisco, this is the place to stay. We definetely will be back one day.
