Summary: The lock on the door appeared to be in poor working order and it was very hard to open. We had trouble also with the card key opening the door and had to request a new one. The remote control for the television was also not working and we had to have someone come out twice to give us another one. Also the phone in the room was not working during our stay.

Summary: Watching TV was horrible. ROFU Their Internet service was iffy at best. Also was unaware of an "incidental" fee that I had to pay. It was returned after they checked out the room. No USB ports in the room.

Summary: There were roaches in the room, the bathroom floor wasn't mopped before i checked in and there was hair and urine on the floor. The shower had hot water though.
