Summary: We had to stay near the hospital after my husband’s surgery and this hotel was the perfect choice because of the price and location. Jeff and everyone at the front desk were awesome and very accommodating. It was a little outdated, but clean and the beds were very comfortable! Easy access to the freeway. Wonderful breakfast including make your own waffles! Would definitely stay there again!

Summary: First room had mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom as well as the carpet having a very nice worn through spot. Asked front desk if we could switch rooms due to the mold/mildew, the lady at the front said “of course, you just have to be out of the room by 11 and you can just wait in here in the lobby until 3 when the next room is open”. The guy next to her looked at her as if she was mental and told us we could stay in the current room and they’ll let us know as soon as the next room is available, which shouldn’t be too long. After a short time, we were moved to a new room without any issues minus the carpet pealing up in the transition from entry to bedroom. Provided breakfast was decent, although for the 3 mornings we were there neither the apple or cranberry juice were replenished in the machine. Overall, 2 stars. Definitely worth the $80/night I guess.

Summary: The bed comfort was pretty good. Everything else left much to be desired. The evening front desk staff was unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no personality. Lobby appeared dirty. The tv in the bedroom did not work. We could turn it on but not change channels or adjust volume. The room was very cold, so we turned on the heat. It soon 'popped' off. We called the desk and she said if you turn up the heat padt 69 it blows fuses and you can only turn on 1 heater!! SAFETY HAZARD! Hotel did bring up an extra blanket for us. Had to wear our coats. Hotel and room not well cleaned ot taken care of. Box fans running in the hallways. Breakfast area cleanliness was questionable. NO napkins available! (hotel out for 2 days) Morning desk staff much friendlier. I could go on, but we've learned our lesson. Th shower had NO pressure.

Summary: I did not have a great stay, and usually I have no issues with Comfort Inn. All night people were yelling down the hall and slamming doors. There were spots on our pillows. Toilet was NOT cleaned. Stains on the art. Not impressed…
