Positive: The property is old and dated needs new carpet. The rooms carpet needs to be replaced. The bed needs to be replaced. They need to look at cleaning the bathroom air filters. It kinda had a smell. It’s old and rundown.
Negative: I still like the omelette station for breakfast and the breakfast area that they have is pretty nice. They do keep it well clean and the service staff is amazing.
Summary: Overall, it was OK. It was a convenient location, but it does need a major overhaul.

Positive: breakfast was good with a variety of breakfast items. happy hour is always good. room comfort. the shower in the room in the north tower was big. if you get a chance to stay there, ask for the north tower. it appears more up to date than the south tower. it was cooler and worth the peace and quiet. we were very grateful for Masum (wrong spelling of her name) thinking on her feet when it came to the A/C issue in our room. see below under 'what we didn't like" about the A/C.
Negative: the A/C was not working properly in our room facing the afternoon sun. maintenance could not fix it and offered a box fan. unfortunately that would not work. I contacted the evening shift staff and she rectified it immediately. she went out of her way to find a room in the north tower away from the sun for us. and boy what a temperature difference. we were very grateful for Masum (wrong spelling of her name) thinking on her feet. she was not put out by our request for a cooler room. Thank you for your professionalism and pleasant disposition. a minor issue, we couldn't find a cart to tow the luggage upstairs.

Positive: Was clean. The check in was easy and staff was very friendly. Additionally, we were right next to the attraction we came into town to see.
Negative: Breakfast could have been just a bit better, but filled me up adequately.
