Summary: Staff was not friendly during my stay, and the initial greeting did not feel welcoming. I also experienced issues in my room, including no internet service and no TV. While the staff did provide guidance to get the TV working and politely directed me to the support number for internet assistance, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Summary: The staff was all very kind. Our shower wasn’t working properly, so I asked them to look at it and when we came back at the end of the day it was all fixed, so I really appreciated that they took care of it. The room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. There were used q-tips on the desk and the phone was covered in dust/crumbs/etc… so it wasn’t as sanitized as they claim. The WiFi didn’t work the entire first day and was marginal at best for the remainder of the days. There’s also a terrible cell signal in Sylva, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
