Positive: The Reed House was a wonderful stay for a few days! We wanted to be within walking distance to things in Dillsboro and the Reed House was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, the linens were fresh and clean. Couldn't have asked for more. Our dogs really enjoyed the fenced in yard and we were careful to pick up after them as well! Running circles around the house was a highlight of the trip for them!

Negative: If you are a light sleeper, you can hear cars driving by pretty consistently at all hours.

Summary: Wonderful getaway! Loved our front porch coffee mornings!

Positive: The house itself was so charming. Had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Right across the street from Haywood Smokehouse. Got to smell smoking meats while sitting in the front porch.

Negative: Loved everything!!

Summary: First time to Dillsboro but will definitely be back and would love to stay at The Reed House again. Had a fantastic raft

Positive: Location was amazing. Hosts were so nice. Cutest historic house. Nice fenced yard perfect for pets. Porch swing in yard, fire pit, front porch rockers were great. We had the best time!

Negative: I little noise at night being so close to the busy road through Dillsboro. Not the owners fault. We ran the fan to cover the noise.
