Positive: Nice peaceful location. The staff were excellent very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and water were very good. Breakfast was hot and lots of choices. The bathroom was well stocked lots of fresh, clean towels etc. The bed was very comfortable.
Negative: There is no restaurant on site . However there are multiple fast food and restaurants within a five minute drive.
Summary: This is a great hotel for a peaceful stay. We came to see the railway museum and to enjoy the river/lake side walks

Positive: The weekend receptionist was great. She was there when we checked in and again when we checked out and had some questions. She dealt with it very professionally and efficiently. She updated our room for us at no extra charge. We were grateful for that. Had a rough week and it was a nice change to be greeted and treated like a human rather than another number.
Negative: Nothing. I did love everything. bed was amazing BTW.
