Summary: Room had a urine smell to it, bathtub was dirty, and there was not any hot water.

Summary: It was a beautiful room the bathroom door knob was broke that was the only problem we had everything else accommodated our big family very well and I was so glad that you have that size room without me trying to buy a separate room for just my children to stay in the pool was great as well

Summary: I was moved into a room that was placed in poor conditions air not working one of the beds broken. Spoke with desk assistant regarding issues sen to see room on 3rd floos in said condition as our room 221. I did speak with manager Madison next morning when she made it in to work morning. She did move to a room that was in better condition. But I feel we should be reimbursed for the 1st night awful stay

Summary: Easy access with restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Front desk very helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable. Did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Physical condition is a bit tired and could use a renovation. But very clean.
