Positive: The location was convenient to Hershey Park. The rooms were generously sized and a good value for the money spent. The free breakfast was very good.
Negative: The elevator broke during our stay and upon check out we had to lug all of our bags down 3 floors of stairs. The pillows on the bed were pretty terrible which left me with a sore neck. The pool water was cloudy and murky looking. Also, when we arrived back to our room at the end of the day, we found only 1 bed was made, the other was left unmade (which is not a big deal at all, just odd) and there was a large black garbage bag full of towels in the middle of the floor in our room. When I called the front desk to inquire, I was told I could move the bag outside of our door, or put it at the end of the hallway…. I would have expected someone to come to our room to remove the very large garbage bag from the floor. I left it in the hallway, and it was still there the next day- kind of gross. Lastly, the air in the room did not seem to work properly. It kept clicking on and off which made the room get very hot and then very cold.
Summary: Overall, a decent stay and value.

Positive: Breakfast was okay. Could've used one more meat choice and the Cheerios were mixed Honeynut and regular so that was a bit weird. Stick with the Honeynut lol. The location was great as it was a prime central point to all the tourist points and attractions we wanted to hit.
Negative: The road construction made it a bit of a challenge getting in and out at times. Also the walls are a bit thin and we could here the couple next door arguing about who knows what till 1am.
Summary: For the most part it was great and will stay again if we're in the area

Positive: It was very clean and close to hershey park
Negative: I told front desk that I was pretty sure someone opened my door in the middle of the night. i was told that there was nothing she could do because she wasn't the over night person and I should have come down when it happened. I had small children and I was not leaving them in the room in the middle of the night.
