Summary: Room was "clean", but everything was worn and old. From the carpet in the hall to the tub and comforter in the room. I'm really disappointed and not sure how they still have the rating that they do.

Summary: Mold in the shower grout. Unexplainable smell. The mattress was well beyond its useful life. The staff uses the ice machine located near guest rooms starting before 6am to prepare the breakfast area. And someone with a key tried entering our room. I was told that a manager would be in touch, but that never happened.

Summary: The reason I did not give a better rating are: The room was dirty all around the perimeter. House keeping should be better. The bathtub surface looked very dirty. Nobody’s key card would not unlock the entrance door from the parking lot, requiring a walk around to the front entrance door every time. There was a sign on the front desk saying the elevator is not functioning to the 3rd floor. Thankfully we were not assigned a room there. On the plus side: The staff was wonderful. The beds very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

Summary: Everything was great, I ended up making my own coffee each morning in the kitchen. That’s ok, I found the supplies. The parking garage was very dirty but it was early in the season. I understand.

Summary: The hotel is by far one of the best hotels we stayed in we have stayed 2 times in last two weeks and both rooms didn’t disappoint we didn’t utilize the breakfast or pool as we were gone before breakfast and always got in after pool closed but room was great. Was a little disappointed this round to see the guy who checked us in this last time charged my credit card two different charges and shouldn’t of charged it at all as I pd ahead so that kinda made me mad as I am now waiting on a refund of 80 but great place to stay rooms with jet tub excellent choice and will stay again but will double check before leaving that I wasn’t charged when I shouldn’t of been sad part wasn’t even fee for the room he just added a 50 charge and a 30.18
