Summary: Very friendly staff. Rooms were not clean enough to my standard. Carpets were grimy and furniture sticky to the touch. Breakfast was just okay.

Summary: Hotel was very nice. However, I paid $20 extra because I had 4 people in my room. The least they could do would be to prep the room for 4 people - like 4 towels, 4 washcloths, 4 hand towels, 4 cups.

Summary: Would not recommend. Front desk guy was very friendly. Got to our room 330, and it was dirty. Footprints in the bathroom floor, dirt was heavy on the floor boards, room was not vacuumed, switched rooms to 322, room had mold on wall and something on ceiling walls, mirrors weren’t cleaned, food on light switch, switched rooms again 422, really wasn’t too much difference. Finally gave up after 10 hour drive. One breakfast lady working was very nice, however you could hear them complaining about manager or corporate not wanting to fix things, then staff, including the 70 year old maintenance guy were all eating breakfast and getting in line while breakfast was going on. Staff wearing crocs and moon boots while working. Pros: room was spacious with lots of storage area, large bathroom Cons: dirty rooms, hallways throughout were dirty, dead bugs near the pool entrance like walking through a land mine, not much selection at breakfast, fire alarm went off at 1:15 AM (another guest said it was the second night), bathroom for pool was outside the locked entrance, no eating or drinking in pool, pool NOT heated, beds not comfortable, vents in room (bathroom) including air units were full of dust buildup. Only put 3 towels in room, when it’s booked for 4 and we have 4 guests. I never understand this. In my opinion, overall dirty hotel. They need to take some time for deep cleaning and general maintenance in rooms on a regular basis. Would not stay again.

Summary: The front desk staff were super nice but the room felt dirty. There were stains on both beds, one on the comforter and one on the fitted sheet. There was rust in the bathroom and the carpets were very very dirty.
