Summary: It was amazing, the staff was awesome and very helpful. The rooms are absolutely amazing!( No issues at all. I’d choose this hotel over any in the Troy even the Dayton area.

Summary: Comfortable bed, had an upholstered chair and couch in addition to the desk chair, room was clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre; they did have a waffle baker, which is always a plus.

Summary: We were happy with everything except check in. The lady behind the desk was on a personal phone call and having a friendly conversation with the person on the other end. She did not acknowledge us but talked quietly after we arrived. She took time to chat with another worker that was leaving for the day, but we waited for 10 minutes before she checked us in.
