Positive: The location is good. It’s right near the freeway. The front staff was very kind and accommodating. Easy check in process

Negative: The pool didn’t have hot water. No blackout curtains in the room so the outside lights came in making it hard to sleep. The floors in the room were dirty. The tv quality was very outdated and many of the plugs didn’t work for instance we couldn’t use the microwave until we unplugged the coffee maker and used that plug.

Summary: Good staff, bad amenities.

Negative: Ice machine broken 1st floor. Chips and dings in most of the furniture.
