Positive: Wonderful location close to multiple shops, stores, and restaurants. Gas station next door if you are driving! It was very accessible to downtown Oxford and even to London by bus! Owners were responsive in getting us an extra fan when needed!
Negative: We came during a heatwave, so it was sweltering hot inside the building. There was no A/C, but only fans (info to keep note of). There are skylights in each bedroom, and if you close them, it makes the room warmer, but if you keep them open, you will be an early riser every morning.
Summary: A hot, but wonderfully located spot to explore Oxford!

Positive: The location was excellent, in the centre of Headington, you can take a bus to the city centre easily. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped.
Negative: On sunny days the heat was bothersome, it had only one functioning fan to relieve the heat. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd for the UK), only accesible by stairs, so consider this if you bring heavy luggage.

Positive: The flat is very well located on the main street of Headington close to shops and bus stops for town centre and for London & airports. Kitchen was quite well equipped. Spacious living room.
Negative: Very small double bed (which is actually advertised as large) - see picture where two standard size pillows can't fit across the width of the bed. ,Very uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room, which much like the double bed can only fit one person if you want a reasonably comfortable night's sleep. The managing company wasn't able to replace a burnt light bulb in the bathroom because the maintenance person was given the wrong set of keys. They did agree to waiver the £20 which they initially asked for a late checkout (12 pm instead of 10 am) because of this, but I did need to request this waiver rather than them offering it on their initiative (in any case charging £20 extra for a couple of hours following a 6 nights' stay should be reconsidered as a general policy). The water pressure in the shower is miserable as others have noted. Way too many automatically generated emails before and throughout the stay, most of them without any relevant information and repeating themselves. They charge a £250 deposit a day before your stay begins which are actually debited, and credited back to your account 3 days after the stay at their discretion.

Positive: We liked the proximity to the Hospital and all the facilities in the area. The Maintenance team were really good. The heating wasn't working when we arrived bur they sent someone over to sort it very quickly. It was also very clean.
Negative: The furniture was very tired. It looked like a student flat. The settee was really uncomfortable. There was damp by the window in the living room and a large patch of damp in one of the bedrooms. The shower was very poor. In the kitchen there were very few items for cooking. No chopping boards, baking trays or mixing bowls. Also no fire blanket, fire extinguisher or carbon monoxide detector. As a holiday home owner myself I know that these have to be supplied. I know it is in Oxford so there is a premium you pay for property but I thought it was very poor value for money and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Summary: Great area but poor apartment.
