Positive: The property is very close to the beach. In a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. However, the place is very remote and the car is necessary. There were three AC units and the electric heater so it was keeping us warm during cold nights in January. Wery well equipped kitchen. We had 3 cats visiting us every day :-)
Negative: The electric water heater was a bit of hassle - you had to turn it on approx. 30 min before using the hot water and turn it off after you are done. The water pump had some troubles with the hot water pressure from time to time. I guess all works better during summer when the solar panels heat the water.

Positive: Everything was amazing. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen furniture as well as beach furniture, including boogie boards, a parasol and sunbeds. There are two bedrooms - we were there as a couple but a family with 2 children can easily fit in the property as well, as there is plenty of space in the property's back yard for kids to play. The apartment is so close to the beach (only 50m) you can just go there with your chair and sit under the tree. We stayed 5 nights, we went to the beach every day and cooked for ourselves every night. Nothing was missing! Plenty of adapters as well :) Theodoros the host was so nice to us, I accidently booked 4 nights instead of 5, he was highly flexible and responsive and I was able to stay another night. I will definitely return to this place!
Negative: Related to the location, not the property: - Far away from supermarkets or taverns - this is a property you need to have a rented car to enjoy! - We didn't find many attractions in the area. For us it was great, we just wanted to go to the beach, but if you are looking for more - Meneou may not be the most interesting place.

Positive: Location was ideal for us, near the beach, quiet area, beautiful place, no problem to park the car. We had everything we needed and the place was so clean and relaxing. Love the place! Already missing it!
Negative: The stairs to go upstairs to the bedrooms, otherwise everything was excellent

Positive: Everything was super, everything worked, the sofa on the ground floor was working. An unforgettable rest, the sea is perfect, all in greenery and shadows. Quietly, a couple of times the meat grilled, it was cool. The shower on the street is very convenient to wash off sand and salt after the sea. Wine and water were as a compliment, which really liked it. You need a car for travel and trips for grocery. There are enough places, the territory of the condominimum with a barrier is no one superfluous. Thanks to the owner.

Positive: It is very comfortable, very well equipped. Few steps from the sea. Beds are comfortable. We spend a really nice month in the house.
Negative: One day we came home from the beach and there was a man on the terrace saying he is cleaning benches from the palm tree after the rain. Would be better if we knew it in advance. Like this it was weird surprise. Rooms in the house are not soundproof at all so everyone can hear everyone no matter where in the house you are.
Summary: To sum up our stay - it was really nice and comfortable stay. Would come back and stay another month without hestitate.

Positive: The property looks exactly like in the photos. On the ground floor there is a living room with 2 sofas, one larger and one smaller where children can sleep, a very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a balcony, where you can see the sunrise over the sea, another one with 2 beds and a clean bathroom with a shower. The courtyard is equipped with quality tables, chairs and deckchairs and a shower for washing up after the beach. In all the rooms there is AC and fans, drawers and enough sockets. To charge personal phones, you need electrical adapters with 3 legs for the English sockets in Cyprus, there is one at the property. There is also a portable sun umbrella, broom, mop and vacuum cleaner. Parking is in front of the yard, next to the street, and access to the beach is immediately on the back alley. The house is near the sea, and you can hear the waves from the yard. The surroundings are picturesque and very quiet with large villas overlooking the sea and well-kept gardens, then there are smaller villas in the back. The beach is pebbled, but in the water there is only fine sand and a smooth passage, very good for children. We thank the host for the warm welcome and sincerely regret not staying longer.
