Summary: Clean and AC was great. A block from beach and across from the only bar/restaurant in Manasquan (Leggetts). Owner supplies towels and sheets. The appliances that aren't in the apt are: dishwasher, toaster, stove (only supplies a stovetop). No grill. There is an outdoor shower.
