Less than 100m from the long sandy, award winning, beach at Bosa Marina, being just a stones throw away from the beach, bars and restaurants it is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Located on the ground floor to the left, the entrance door leads into a smart kitchen/diner/ lounge. The kitchen area is equipped with gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. There are 2, 2 seater settees and a table and chairs in here. A hallway leads to the, larger than average, bathroom with shower and further along there is a bedroom with a king size bed with mosquito netting over, not only pretty but practical, and ample storage space and a twin bedded room also with ample storage space. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment has the benefit of a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also an iron and ironing board plus clothes airer, hair-dryer, radio/CD and mini safe. There is an outside seating area with a BBQ and a huge roof terrace with sun deck.

Summary: 2nd year, love every minute, Bosa Marina is a great quiet location. We have navigated the bus timetable and taxis, and can easily get to Bosa town. Thank you, will hope to come back next year

Summary: One of the bedrooms with 2 single beds had no windows for ventilation and was very damp. With the heat in July and no air-conditioning, it made sleeping for the kids almost impossible. Garden is not beautiful, as there is almost none. We didn't use the BBQ (we saw one of the many cats licking the BBQ grid once), which wasn't very appealing. Most of the courtyard is reserved for all the different bins for recycling waste. Roof terrace is nice, but too hot without shade. Looking at the books, most of the tenants are from the UK. Probably cheap for British people, but too expensive for what it's worth.

Summary: I and my family had a lovely vacation in our nice apartment in the Pink Palace with only 1 minute walk to the beach. The villa has a beautiful large garden with outdoor shower, large barbecue and a herb garden that can be used for cooking. On the rooftop terrace, you have great view of the bay and the mountains and can enjoy the sunset. The villa is also close to nice restaurants and a smaller super market, which is just a few minutes walk. Bosa is a charming genuine old town by the beautiful river Temo.

Summary: We stayed in one of the apartments at The Pink Palace. This was very easy to find and is in a very quiet and peaceful location with parking right outside. Its just a 2 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach where the water is so clear you could see the little fish playing in the waves. There is a large roof terrace with plenty of sun loungers where you can sit and relax and see the sea. We would liked to have stayed longer but hope to back again soon.

Summary: My Wife and I stayed here in early September and enjoyed it immensely. The location is in the marina area, away from Bosa town, but within a five minute drive. We actually preferred the immediate walking access to the fine beach here and had no issues with parking in front of the apartment. The apartment itself is comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped for all cooking needs. Great choice!

Summary: We have liked very well the rest and the place in the flat and the seat in the garden. The beach is near by. In the evening you can nicely sit on the roof terrace or in a bar by the river.

Summary: Our apartment was La Sabbia, one of four in the beautiful Pink Palace in Bosa Marina. We took the bus from Alghero, but you can go direct from Fertilia airport (an hour or so, amazing scenery). The white sand/crystal waters beach is 2 minutes away - we were there late August and it wasn't too busy. The apartment itself has everything you need, including mozzie nets (which you WILL need), but the best thing about it was the amazing two-story roof terrace, where you could eat and sunbathe and watch shooting stars. The place has a nice friendly atmosphere, with plenty of beach equipment left for your use, and when our gas ran out we contacted the owner and it was replaced within five minutes. There's a lovely palm-fringed walk along the river to medieaval Bosa town, but if you're too hot/tired, the buses go there and back regularly (€1.20 each). We intended to eat in one of the restaurants there, but the food in the Marina was so good we never got round to it. For a proper family pizzeria try the one on the railway line (Al Gabbiano). We avoided it for a bit because of the bright lights, but when we did go, and were surrounded by Sardinian families watching the football on the telly, it was great. The one meal we did eat in Bosa town was from a mobile van by the river. Sardines. Gorgeous. If you're there for longer than a week you may need to hire a car, as the local buses are a bit erratic. The dive centre is great (if you get the nice guy, the other one's grumpy - as is the local shopkeeper) and we kayaked up the river to Bosa and back. Otherwise it's just beach and pizza and chilling out. A smattering of Italian will serve you well as this place is definitely an Italian holiday spot.

Summary: We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Bosa Marina. The apartment was very comfortable, well furnished and equipped, we lacked for nothing. The lemons picked from the owners trees, left for all guests in the hall, were especially welcome for our gin and tonics on the rooftop terrace watching the sun go down! Wonderful. Just one reason we booked here was because the idea of using a pool as and when but not paying the price to have a private one, appealed - as it turned out the beach is so large and the sea so clean that we didn't entertain the pool at all - and it's so close. Would recommend. Thank you.
