Positive: Very cozy and clean. Well lit and bright home. Beds were super comfy. Especially after a long day outside it was very comfortable to go to sleep and be refreshed!
Negative: WiFi on the tv was not working at all. So could not connnect to any streaming. WiFi was a little spotty on phones too. Only 1 bathroom. A separate toilet would've helped for a large family.

Positive: Location, location, location! Nice neighborhood. Nice bedrooms. Well supplied kitchen.
Negative: Decent apartment in great place but quirky. Bathroom is in basement and bedrooms on 2nd floor. No AC (we just happened to get 2 HOT days). If you are over 6 ft tall watch your head on doorways. If you are under 6 ft tall you will not be able to use the mirror in bathroom. And fyi light switch for bathroom is in the shower.
Summary: Quirky place in great location.

Positive: We absolutely loved the location. We enjoyed the pub next door, walking the area discovering wonderful spots to eat and have a pint or glass of wine. The tube was very convenient and it was just a perfectly lovely area to explore. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided.
Summary: We would choose to stay in Kensington/Chelsea area over and over again.

Positive: It was a fine location, not too far of a walk to everywhere that we wanted to go. I like that it’s an apartment with a kitchen so we could use a refrigerator and have coffee and tea.
Negative: There were several things that made our stay a bit challenging. The biggest issue was the layout—having the bathroom two floors below the bedroom was really awkward, especially during the night. There also weren’t enough outlets in the right places, and the lack of air conditioning (which we knew about) made it a bit uncomfortable. They did provide fans, but ventilation was limited since the windows on the front side of the house couldn’t be opened. Even if they could, there were people standing directly outside the front door and window every evening, so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy—opening a window wouldn’t have been an option anyway. The placement of mirrors was also frustrating. The bathroom mirror was mounted too high to be usable for me, and there were no mirrors in the spots where you’d typically need them. Even the peephole and wall art seemed to be installed for someone much taller. Noise was another major downside. Construction was happening right outside the front door during our stay, so mornings were filled with construction noise. And in the evenings, the location right next to a pub meant loud groups were regularly gathered right in front of our door and windows. They had to move so we could enter, which felt awkward and intrusive. There is a sign asking people not to linger there, but it clearly isn’t effective. The original key pickup instructions required us to walk eight minutes to collect them—not ideal when arriving with luggage—but thankfully we were able to arrange for someone to meet us at the apartment, which helped a lot. While the location is decent, and we understand the pricing reflects that, the overall experience didn’t match the value. Unfortunately, this wasn’t one of the better places we’ve stayed.

Positive: Just minutes from the Sloane Square tube station. Ideal location to explore Kings Road and Chelsea.
Negative: Patrons from the pub next door tend to stand in front of the door to chat and smoke. Front door is useless against noise. But after 11pm, when the pub closes, it quiets down fairly quickly.
