A clean, lovely and comfortable apartment situated in Crown Heights. Crown Heights has some of the most beautiful Brown Stone Homes and tree lined roads. This is truly a vibrant rainbow community. It is within walking distance to the A,C and 3 trains with easy connection to the 2,4,& 5 and also the Franklin Avenue Shuttle. It is also within walking distance to the Brooklyn Children and the Jewish Museums. 5 minutes to the Brooklyn Museum by train and less than 10 minutes to the wonderful Barclay Center downtown Brooklyn. Manhattan is only 20 minutes away. Summary: Joyce’s apartment is quite a find. A comfortable and spacious apartment located in a quiet street in a beautiful Brooklyn neighborhood. Nearby trains will have you in Manhattan in twenty minutes. And Joyce is friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend.

Summary: I booked this house for my family to visit and enjoy my daughter’s first birthday. The host was very accommodating. After a long day of a travel, my family arrived to the house very late. Our host stayed in contact with me throughout the entire day to make sure my family was accommodated. The house was gorgeous, and the neighborhood was quiet. There’s decent food choices near by, and a children’s museum! My family were all happy, and comfortable. Thanks for helping create a beautiful family memory!

Summary: This place is on a lovely quiet residential street. The apt. is in an English basement, do not make the mistake we did and knock on the “upstairs” door. We had a car and were able to park right across the street, and leave the car there all weekend. Agree with other comments that the decor is a little dated, but that really isn’t important to me. The plumbing worked, the bed was comfortable, and there were no loud neighbors. We didn’t take subway directly from this location ( walked to meet up with family then hopped on subway) so I can’t comment on how far away closest subway was. Joyce was very nice. All in all, i’d recommend staying here
