Relax and enjoy our conveniently located town house. We are: 1 mile to the Down Town Mall, 2 miles to the UVA Hospital, 3 miles to Scott Stadium, 3 miles to Thomas Jefferson's Monticello and easily accessible to many wonderful vineyards. It is easily reached by exiting Interstate 64 onto Monticello Avenue and coming into town to Druid Avenue.
The town house is comfortably furnished and has 2 good sized bedrooms 4 full bathrooms, a quiet den, a living room/dining room with flat screen TV, a complete kitchen, a rec room and a garage all for you to enjoy. Because it is an end unit the town house has lots of natural light with mountain views. The well outfitted kitchen has granite counters with stainless steel appliances and there is a washer / dryer in it's own space off of the main hallway.
Our family has owned vacation rentals for over ten years and we have stayed in many, many short term rentals on vacation and on business, so we have tried very hard to make this a great place to stay while you enjoy Charlottesville and all that this area has to offer. Summary: Bob's house was clean and comfortable, in a great location. It was great being just a few minutes drive to everywhere we planned to when in town. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good. My kids loved the air hockey table - that was a big hit! We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked clean. There were two minor issues with utilities but Bob was very responsive and made things right. He cares about the property and his guests!

Summary: We just checked out of the place and we had a great time. Everything was as described Bob the owner did a wonderful job and staying in touch with us. Plenty of room for the whole family. We had a wonderful time visiting the new granddaughter we will be back again.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place. The location was right and it was spacious enough for my husband and our daughter, son-in-law and their infant. The only suggestion I have for anyone with a small person is, bring plug covers. We didn’t think to pack them as this was the first time away with her and it’s been more than 20 yrs since our kids were little. But great stay nonetheless. Would definitely stay again or recommend

Summary: Stayed in this townhouse on a trip back to Cville to see friends. The home had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Garage access was a plus with the weather!

Summary: The location of this home was excellent, very close to everything and easy to get around. If you are in the are to visit and spend a days in this town, this house is the perfect one for you. Close to downtown, lakes, interstate. Very comfortable home, nice and cozy and fitted everyone comfortable. We were a party of 5. Thank you for the hospitality.

Summary: We stayed in this condo for a week because we were in town for a wedding. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable! The kitchen was very well stocked (including spices)! Multiple bathrooms (which was nice since our two daughters with us) and everyone had their own sleeping space (office/den has a sleeper sofa). My only two issues were 1) it’s located on a busy road so it was noisy (especially during the morning commute), and 2) the single car garage was very tight when trying to maneuver a minivan. Other than those two issues, I would highly recommend this condo!
