Positive: Wonderful little apartment. Private unit, nothing shared which is nice. Tucked in the top of a very clean building in the Belmont area of Charlottesville, it’s a true charmer. Close to restaurants and the downtown area. Would definitely stay again.

Positive: So Pretty and in a convenient residential neighborhood. Easy street parking.
Negative: There were three flights of steps to go up, which should have been noted in the listing and were a problem for us. Also the bathroom was very small and there was no closet. They should put up more hooks all around the walls.
Summary: We had a great time and outside of the items noted above, the place was great!

Positive: The room was large, quaint and comfortable in a lovely neighborhood. It is within walking distance of a wonderful coffee shop (Belle) and also to the historic downtown mall of Charlottesville. There was plenty of street parking. I liked the security of using codes for the outside door and the room itself.
Negative: Found out it is wasp season and there was a wasp in my attic room. I texted the management and they were concerned and made an appt with me to come take care of the issue--I was very thankful for their quick attention.
Summary: I loved my stay in my loft room in a lovely neighborhood!

Negative: Missing a full length mirror, hangers, and anywhere to hang things up and I was in town for a wedding. As an event city I feel like these are important things to have There was also a shelf missing in the bathroom by the sink that would’ve been very helpful for counter space. I could see there were brackets there but the shelf was gone.

Positive: Entry was very easy with keyless entry. The location was great. Parking on the street was always available and safe. We could walk to some of the best restaurants in the area! Tourist areas such as Monticello, downtown mall and local wineries were a short drive.
Negative: I think it was fine.
