Positive: Great location , comfortable house and very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed to have a fun trip .

Negative: Only thing for people to be aware is the upstairs gets pretty warm so be careful of the tempature on the thermostat when you go to bed

Positive: Location was excellent, just a block from the Buffalo Coop grocery store and across the street from Dash’s grocery store. The side streets off Hertel were excellent for walking the dog, and the small, nearly completely fenced backyard could be used for letting the dog out for a short time. The beds in the 3 bedrooms were comfortable for all 4 of us (1 couple and 2 singles). The kitchen was quite useful - the gas range and stove were well-used for several meals.

Negative: Heating system during our late November stay was a little hard to regulate - it was only one degree on the thermostat between just a bit too cool and too warm, when outside temps were in the 20s and 30s and windy.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay, and got to see relatives & friends over Thanksgiving.Would stay here again.

Positive: The location couldn’t have been more convenient! just right across the street from the market & numerous great eateries. The house was spacious, well appointed & the beds were super duper comfortable! we had everything we needed!

Positive: the house was big and spacious with old school charm and character. there was a great market and cafe across the street and tons of restaurants within a mile or two. I was looking for someplace homey that 6 adults could spend some quality time together. This house worked perfect.
