This is a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath split level home in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to Target and Wegmans. Near the W bus line, and only 4 miles to Beaver Stadium. Relax on the oversized deck, or play ping pong in the second living room downstairs. Access to a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and relaxing deck with gas grill make this a home away from home. We can sleep up to 10. We have a queen sized bed, a twin sized bed, a full bed, a queen size sofa sleeper, a queen blowup, and a trundle daybed . Parking for 4 cars in driveway.

Summary: Rachel was a great a communicator her home was clean and well organized. It was a little different than I expected in the sense of sleeping arrangements so maybe better for a short weekend than a 5 day visit as there was no place to put your clothes. There’s a master with a queen size bed and an on suite Bedroom 2 and 3 are kids rooms bedroom 2 has a twin and she had a blowup queen that got soft have way through the night. Bedroom 3 had no useable bed but a futon couch. Downstairs there was a 4th bedroom wit a twin trundle and a fullsize cot. The house did have a smell of dog which I did not know of prior. It was difficult for us since we had 2 couples of grand parents that required better bed arrangements but other than that Rachel and the house was great.

Summary: Well appointed, charming home in quiet residential community, less than 10 minutes from downtown and stadium. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep our party of 8 adults. We like to cook “in” at least one night; the kitchen was well appointed. Owner Racheal was super easy to work with and a great communicator. I hope to go back mext season!
