Summary: This house is perfect for couples traveling together. Each of the two bedrooms has it’s own bathroom with a third on the main level for the common area. It was great to have our own spaces, but be able to have conversations and meals together in the common kitchen and living room. The house was clean and the owner of the house was great. The location was a short Uber ride to downtown Austin and the airport, which made renting a car unnecessary. We all liked the house and had a fantastic visit to Austin.

Summary: We had such a great time here this weekend, such a beautiful home! From the time we arrived we felt welcomed. My friend had an unforgettable birthday weekend and such a large part of it was being able to stay here. There was a total of 5 of us and we were able to stay here comfortably with enough space for us all. We are from Houston and have friends here in Austin so we are here quite a bit. This house was one of the best rental experiences we have had and definitely plan on coming back.

Summary: With an objective to be close to Austin food and music scene, COTA and the airport, at a reasonable cost, this place met the mark. Curb appeal leaves a little to be desired, but that was quickly trumped by the awesome setup, modern finish and impeccable cleanliness of this place. After a brief mishap on our initial arrival, the hosts were extremely responsive and friendly in all our communication. Thank you Harrison (and your girlfriend) for the great experience. We would go back again and stay here.

Summary: This property was so comfortable and up to date. There is central air and a heat pump in the upstairs bedroom. The 3 bathrooms are new and clean and provide plenty of privacy. The open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room were great to socialize and lounge. We didn't spend a ton of time outside due to the heat, but the yard is HUGE and we would've loved to use the small table for morning coffee if it were cooler outside (and if there weren't so many great coffee shops in the area!). One of our favorite spots in all of Austin was Meanwhile Brewery which was a quick 5 min drive from this location. Everything else was about a 10-15 drive and ride shares were very easy to get (3-5 min wait). We visited almost every part of Austin and all parts were easy to get to. The host was communicative and accommodating. Don't let the neighborhood fool you (as other properties look a little run-down) - this is a great property in a good location! Would book again.
