Summary: Everything was exactly as described. Very nice property that is in a quiet area and away from the noise. The host was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

Summary: Let me start by saying the hosts were very accommodating and I never reached out to them with the issues I had, the negative review is purely the house itself. The house itself was fine, however it smells like cigarettes, the air conditioning doesn’t work, the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, and the hot water has to be full blast to work so you either have scalding hot or ice cold, no in between. Place looked like it had been cleaned but still wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. Owners let us check in early and seemed to be nice people. Had I reached out about the issues they may very well have helped us but instead we decided to leave the night before we were supposed to check out. It was 83 in the house at 8 at night still and made it extremely difficult to get any sleep.

Summary: The long driveway is great for trailers. We came in to sled and enjoy the great mountain views. We appreciate the quick response to all of our questions and accommodations provided. The big deck opens up to wonderful sunrise views with mountains and wildlife. We would recommend Amanda and Ken if you are in the area, anytime of year. Thanks

Summary: Spent the week snowmobiling the back country, in both the Sierra Madre's and Snowy's. Very easy and short drive to either for parking. Clean, comfortable, quiet, wifi, and all the necessities of home in the kitchen for making meals, etc. Great communication with hosts!

Summary: This is the first place I have stayed in that looked exactly as it did on the internet. The inside was also wonderful and so well maintained. We were so very pleased after trying for two years to get it booked. It exceeded our expectations, and the cabin has anything that you could possibly need. The owner's Mom, who lives near, was so sweet and friendly and had no problem with us arriving a little early. I will definitely return again if the chance ever comes up. We loved watching the deer and birds off of the back deck. They came every morning and evening.
