Summary: Pros: size of the home layout of the home safety of the neighborhood Cons: AC was nonfunctional upon arrival (Friday). The house was at 85 degrees when we arrived and stayed at or above 80 degrees for the majority of our trip. The maintenance person arrived Saturday at 9pm to repair it after we notified the "team" multiple times. The repair person said the unit had to thaw and to not use it. The management team said to not put the AC below 72. Neither of those options left us feeling like we got what was promised. Dirty undergarments were found under two different beds. Both items were visible from the door of the bedrooms, definitely off putting. The team sent a message just after arrival to be sure the cleanliness was up to our standards. We did not report the dirty underwear at that time because we understand, mistakes happen and squatting is difficult but add in nonexistent AC on a 90 degree weekend and watch the patience crumble. Prior to arrival we asked if the bed sheets were polyester and we were told that they were not polyester. Turns out they are microfiber which is in fact polyester. Rather than knowing ahead of time to pack my own sheets we had to buy some. Again not an egregious mistake but extremely costly. Lastly, we were told that after our departure some damage to a soap dispenser was noticed so we would be charged. No photos, no description, just a charge on the credit card.

Summary: The good: Overall, we liked the home, location, neighborhood, and the fun setup of the home. The home is nice and furniture comfortable. We liked that it accommodated a large family. The pool table, video games, large table, large TV/Movie space was all appreciated. The parking accommodated many vehicles. The "Needs Improvement": The home did not seem like it had been properly cleaned. Counters that were sticky. A plate of fried chicken left by previous renters in the microwave. The bed spreads had spots that were either stains or just dirty so we were not quite sure what we were dealing with. Also, several of the hand soap dispensers were empty. There were lights that were out and others that were blinking on/off. The bathroom door upstairs next to the kitchen closed but did not lock. The floors also needed attention as the carpet was fraying in places and the kitchen flooring was coming apart in places. All of that seemed like it could be easy fixes with a little attention to the home.

Summary: The house was perfect for our ski trip to Powder Mountain. It was conveniently located to both the skiing and to restaurants and food stores. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The movie room was great for relaxing each evening and the hot in was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Overall impression for the property was a nice house, lots of room in need of some TLC and repairs. Rooms were clean and property was near family living in Utah. But it did not quite live up to our expectations of a rental property for the price paid.

Summary: Stayed here for a long weekend with kids and grandkids. Went to Lagoon one day and hiked to a beautiful waterfall another. Adults could relax upstairs while children played downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!!

Summary: We are a family of five who traveled to Ogden for a wedding. We stayed three nights and two days at this home. The home is large and easily accommodated the five of us. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a great view of the mountains from our front door. The back had a wonderful deck which we sadly were unable to use because it rained our entire stay. The home had all the amenities we needed including lots of towels in the bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. We bought groceries and made our meals, saving money by not eating out. Now the bad: Communicating with the owner/property manager was almost impossible. We were given a tab to "Reply" to the owner but every time we used it, it simply took us to the VRBO website and we could not actually reply to the owner from there. The home included a brand new hot tub that was not working when we arrived. It never got fixed so we never used it. The refrigerator included an automatic ice maker and water dispenser which never worked. They did not even provide ice trays so we had to buy a bag of ice. The lights in the bathroom of the master bedroom must have had a short as they were dim and every minute of so they flashed with a bright glow and dimmed again. I called the number provided when we arrived Sunday night. The person I spoke with promised to send help to address our problems but no help was given. If our issues had been addressed out stay would have been perfect.

Summary: This place was clean and easy to get to and the view was awesome. The hot tub was a nice feature but was extremely hot for a hot tub. Unbearable at first but with a few adjustments it was nice. The only thing I would change is getting the check in instructions earlier than 2 hours prior to check in and check out instructions at the time of the check in instructions. Other than that I would stay there again especially for the price.

Summary: This property was great for both adults and children. Parks are close by, food and coffee just down the road, and great views. The property was clean, easy to use, items available to cook and clean kitchen with, and beds were comfortable. Had just a few minor issues but that was communicated to property manager so hopefully future guests will not have to experience them. Nothing that would keep us from booking again though. Downstairs is big and a good area for all ages to enjoy.

Summary: We stayed here with 8 adults and 4 kids. Everything was imacculate. There was more than enough room for everyone and the theatre room/ arcade games/ pool/ ping pong tables made it really fun and easy to relax while having something to entertain everyone. The house is excellently staged and everyone was swooning over the decor. The railing on the back deck felt pretty wobbly and we didn't feel safe letting the kids play there but everything else about the house was top notch!
