The house is centrally located as it is 1 block from Atlantic Blvd which is a main thoroughfare in Jacksonville that leads to downtown or the beaches. It is 8 minutes away from Topgolf and Town Center, a big out door mall with nice shops and restaurants. Summary: The house was everything described in the description on the website. No flares or above and beyond. Just an ordinary house. Had a couple issues but the host took care of them quickly.

Summary: Nice house on an extremely quiet street. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Well equipped kitchen. Owner responded fast to any questions I had. Easy self check in and close to everything.

Summary: This was a quick off shore fishing trip in Jacksonville. The house was in a good location to everything. The house got very hot in the bed rooms but hall way and living room was ice cold, no extra sheets or pillows in the home. The beds had No box spring so the breed sagged when someone laid in it. But over all it was a good stay for the short time we stayed there.

Summary: We loved the home, had a great stay! Plenty of paper goods (trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper) which is rare for a rental, but you will need to provide any spices you choose to use and extra pillows.
