Location is key; the Smiley House is walking distance to great restaurants and close to a metro line. It has nice front and back porches and off street parking.

Summary: Teri was a great host and provided excellent communication prior to our trip and upon arrival. The home was in good order and the kitchen fully stocked. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants in the area, and the home was perfect for our small dog!

Summary: We called the Smiley home our Holiday House as my elderly parents stayed there over Christmas. The house was exceptionally clean with thoughtful amenities like bowls of candy, table games - even dog biscuits in a decorative jar. Beautiful art throughout the home. Best of all is the layout of the house with living room, dining room and gorgeous kitchen in an elongated rectangle. From the back of the kitchen you can move even further into a second living space with sofa and another table. This opens to the back porch, patio and lawn. The two bedrooms and a bath comprise the other side of the house so there is much room to spread out!! Very nice window shades, lighting and ceiling fans - looks like the house was recently remodeled and inside is tastefully done. Great location. We never had an issue with parking. A fabulous rental!

Summary: We came to town to visit family members and decided to stay here rather than a hotel. So glad we did! We had room for family to gather together for breakfast and dinner. We had a place to play cards together in the evening. Dogs were allowed and a wonder fenced yard was perfect! Owner had everything we needed and more!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this cute little house! We brought our pups and they enjoyed the tree-lined streets of the neighborhood and the spacious backyard. It was nicely decorated, well-appointed, and had a lovely updated kitchen and modern bath. Teri was a gracious and responsive host (although we had zero problems!). Highly recommend!

Summary: The house is perfectly located for our exploration of the Lindenwood Park, Hill, Forest Park, and Soulard neighborhoods. The street was quiet and the driveway was large enough for a Chevy Silverado Crew Cab truck. Teri was attentive to our texts and available if we had any questions. The house cooled down even on the hottest day of the year. The furnishings and appliances are new, providing all the comforts we needed. Having the enclosed back room and patio provided ample room to spread out. Will definitely use this property again.
