Summary: The location was very near our family that suffered the loss. The property was all as we expected. Casey worked with us so we had only to focus on the purpose of our trip. I would recommend to anyone.

Summary: This is a very nice southwest style house in a neighborhood far enough away from Phoenix, but not secluded. Lots to see and explore within 25 miles, including Anthem and Cave Creek Owners are very responsive to any needs which occur.

Summary: We did enjoy our stay here & Casey was very responsive but I do believe in honest feedback. The house looked like someone had just moved out. If you are someone with back or disability issues this may not be the best place. There were several cleanliness issues & maintenance issues, some resolved while there. Would hire new cleaning crew.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Casey’s place for the month of Dec. It is a spacious house in a nice safe neighborhood - easy highway access which we liked. Close to grocery and restaurants in Anthem Casey was very responsive and kept in touch to see if all was well She even sent us a lovely gift basket for Christmas since we were there for the holidays . We love Anthem and how family friendly it is . They decorate the town park beautifully for Christmas . Thanks Casey!!

Summary: My wife and I enjoyed a comfortable stay in Anthem. The home is well appointed and quite comfortable. It is close to freeways and stores. Casey always responded quite quickly to our emails and consistently sent out inquiry’s to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Summary: We stayed here over the holidays and the house was spacious enough for us to have our extended family of 8 join us. It was well stocked and clean. The owner was accommodating and easy to talk to! Great place!

Summary: Pros: The house was in a nice location and the owners were responsive by email. There were everyday cooking items to use. The front door locked by code so we didn’t need a key and that was convenient. The master bedroom was on the main floor and was large and a washer and dryer was also on the main level. Cons: The pots and pans were nonstick and most were so scratched up that they were dangerous to use and some handles were very loose. The sofa was well used and soft to sit on. We weren’t able to put our SUV in the garage. The Wi-Fi was spotty.
