Summary: Great place to stay for just myself visiting the Phoenix area. Easy to get to the I-17 or the Scottsdale area quickly. Well appointed room with a private entrance. I only ran into Kurt 1 time in the garage and he was very nice and accommodating! The bed was also very comfortable! Thanks again Kurt!

Summary: The space was simple and quaint, with all of the necessities (and some nice additional amenities). Kurt was an incredible host - he showed us his horses, let us use his fireplace, and made us feel right at home. Our only regret was that we had to leave when we did!

Summary: The room and area were just as advertised and made for a perfect vacation for me. The owner was fantastic with communication and made sure that you knew he was there if you needed anything from him. The area of the house was in a nice residential area close to many of the area attractions. I cannot speak highly enough about the property and it's owner. I'll be back.
