Summary: Good fish and chip shop in village plus an excellent pub for Sunday roast. Also a Spar shop, all within a short walk. Property is rather tired, uncomfortable dining room seats, ovenware old, shower leaked through to kitchen ceiling, mold in en-suite, damp crystals had not been replaced or emptied. Pillows need replacing.

Summary: Spacious, clean and very kind host. Everything at the annexe was terrific! Being from the US, we were not accustomed to driving on the narrow lanes, but when we finally arrived, we were very pleased with the space. Unfortunately the local pub was closed on Monday, but the host kindly suggested somewhere close, and we enjoyed a delicious meal at the Station Inn.

Summary: Really lovely property, immaculately clean, comfy beds, everything we needed was provided and a very helpful host! Nice local pub and shop within walking distance (NB. the pub stopped serving food at 8pm and the shop closed soon after, if you don't have transport and are relying on these, go early!)A most enjoyable couple of days, we were very tempted to stay longer! We will definitely return and highly recommended it.

Summary: We stayed at South House as it was close to where daughter lives. However it was also close to where she was getting married and holdong her reception. Everyone got ready, the bride and bridesmaid left from here for the ceremony. However we stayed on for a few days after as its close to Bristol and Bath aa lots to see. Great location and lovely host.
