Our house is located in a very quiet area, close to the sea, in the countryside ...
When you arrive, the house is ready for a real holiday; the beds are made, the linen is provided and we provide the end of stay cleaning ... we lend some bikes and organize kayak trips supervised by Jean-Luc (equipment provided if necessary) .And everything is included in our price!
On the ground floor a large kitchen, a large living room with sitting area and wood stove, a toilet and a closet with washing machine. Upstairs a bedroom with twin beds 90x200cm, a room with a bunk bed 80x190cm + a bed 90x200cm, a room with twin beds 80x200cm and a large bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside a parking space for your car and on the back of the house garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
It is a terraced house (Gîte EST and Gîte OUEST)
with a large garden to share (about 1800m2). The terraces are separated by a wooden partition covered with a honeysuckle. It can be the occasion of meetings or reunions between friends or family!

Summary: We had a lovely stay here in October. The gite was well equipped and cosy with a log burner and lots of outdoor toys for children and adults, and a spacious garden. The owners were helpful and welcoming and lovely beaches were a short walk away. We would recommend this gite and would certainly come back again.

Summary: House had everything you could need, a fab garden and a garage stocked with bikes and toys for the beach. The owners were both very friendly and helpful, allowing for a smooth running holiday. The house is very close to a beautiful sandy beach with stunning rock formations, great for rock-pooling. A car is necessary in order to take full advantage of the area.

Summary: We (a couple from Germany) spent 1 week in Anne's and Jean Luc's house with our kids (2,5 years and 9 months) and wish to have spent 2 weeks there. There is so much to discover in that area. The house was very cosy and warm on cold days + enough shadow in the garden on hot days. Kitchen, bathroom etc are fully equipped. Wonderful beaches are in a 3 minutes walking distance. We brought our bikes so we could also go biking with the kids and there are some nice paths to walk around e.g. the lighthouse of pontusval in 15 minutes walking distance. Anne and Jean Luc are the best hosts! They make you feel as if you are part of the family. Anne welcomes you with cake and marmalade, Jean Luc takes you kayaking for free which is really fantastic in that area. Of course they leave you alone if you do not want to hang out with them :). You can also walk in 2 minutes to their house and the kids can feed their chicken. There are hardly any cars around so let your kids play in the nature and relax! To sum in up in German: ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, in der es aber auch viel zu entdecken gibt

Summary: Our choice of house, hosts and location for our first trip to Brignogan-Plage could not have been better. The welcome and warmth we had from Anne & Jean-Luc was wonderful. The house is lovely and very well equipped. The garden is just a perfect retreat and a a lovely quiet location. We expected the coast to impress us but it was even more dramatic than that and so easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Next time we would come in early September rather than very late in the season just to have more choice of restaurant and more chance to enjoy a late drink in the Cafe du Port. Everyone was very friendly and we were sorry to leave. Thank you for a wonderful new addition to our favourite places to stay. We hope to be there again x

Summary: We loved it here, the house is bright and spacious with everything you need, and more that you can borrow from bikes to wetsuits in the garage. We received a warm welcome on arrival with homemade goodies from Anne and the offer of a guided kayak from Jean Luc, who is keen to share his passion for the area. A superb location for walking along the GR34 coastal walking trail and along the numerous beautiful sandy beaches. There are also marked cycle routes along the coastal roads which were very quiet at this time of year (April-May). We kayaked from the Hotel de la Mer every other day as it was so close to the house, the sea was a bit rough at times but it was great fun on the waves! We liked the fact that everything is included so no need to worry about extra charges. We were fortunate to have the lovely garden, with mature trees and many birds, to ourselves as the attached rental next door was vacant. We were reluctant to leave this beautiful place and will look forward to returning soon.

Summary: "Very often we did rent a house in Brittany but this house is exceptional good. Huge garden, spacious living room with tasteful furniture, good kitchen and important a real quiet atmosphere, singing birds in the garden. We are going back in a few months because we like it so much. wout berger and noor damen and our dogs."

Summary: Very nice house, well situated along the cost. It is well equipped, the garden is fantastic (huge field, nice hammock), and nothing to complain about. Mrs Brebion made delicious marmalade!
