This 3 bedroom townhouse with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, offers quiet comfortable luxury, panoramic views, ski-in/ski-out access, shared hot tub and underground parking.
The Bluffs is located in the popular yet tranquil Taluswood neighbourhood perched above the Whistler Creekside village providing spectacular views down the valley. The unit is an easy 3 minute walk to the slopes, just off the Dave Murray run and the Creekside gondola.
The complex features a common hot tub just down around 30 steps from the unit.
The Bluffs #5 has unassigned parking within a secure underground parkade.
You will enjoy a bright and open living space featuring high vaulted ceilings, large south west-facing windows, gas fireplace, and a deck off the dining room. The main floor has a comfortable living room, a dining room that easily accommodates people, and a well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and heated floors. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are located on the main floor, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds that can be combined to make a king bed. The private master bedroom is on the third floor with an en-suite bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in closet.
The Bluffs is ideal for families or up to three couples who are looking for a place that is nestled in the mountains providing a feeling of being away from it all, while providing easy access to the slopes and being in close proximity to Whistler’s two villages. The Creekside village is a 4-5 minute drive and features a variety of shops, including a grocery store, Starbucks and world class restaurants. Whistler Village is an easy 7-8 minute drive.

Summary: We were looking for somewhere special for a family Christmas and this property delivered. It was an instant hit with family members the minute we walked in. Warm, cosy, but with plenty of space. Amazing views across the valley when the weather allows. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and the living space equipped with books and games. Great communication from Eric beforehand with excellent instructions. The parkade was fantastic as it snowed every day we were there!

Summary: We had a great stay in Whistler. The condo was perfect. Clean and plenty of amenities. We had a little bump with check-in, but Eric was very responsive and we got it all figured out. Would stay there again!

Summary: The property was spacious, well equipped and everything was very clean. The kitchen was great for cooking family meals. We enjoyed the shared hot tub. The neighbourhood is quiet and with a short walk down the street, you can see the Olympic Rings and access downhill skiing.

Summary: We had a great stay! Eric was very responsive with answers to all my questions. The townhouse was very comfortable, plenty of room and a wonderful view. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing and the quiet location. The walk to the slopes was straight forward and not difficult. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We stayed at Eric's place for a week over Christmas. Eric has as lovely, cozy modern and clean home. It has a spectacular view. Our group was five adults and one child. It is the perfect place for active skiiers or reading by the fire. Beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms are exceptionally modern and the kitchen was well-appointed. The covered garage with ample parking was an unexpected plus as there was heavy snow while we were there. The shared hot tub was fantastic (perfect temperature) and had a beautiful view. It was a great place to watch the sunset and was rarely occupied by others. Eric is extremely responsive and accommodating. We are hoping to book this place again as soon as we can.

Summary: This well cared-for, 3 bedroom townhouse, not far from the Whistler Slopes was extremely well appointed/furnished with a great view of surrounding mountains. Indoor parking was convenient and the community hot tub enjoyable and well maintained. The property is listed as being ski in and ski out. The ski out to the mountain offered two options, an expert ski out located 250 metres or so from the property and a novice/ intermediate ski out located another 100 metres further on. The ski-in from the mountain exited about 100 metres from the property and was narrow and challenging for novice and intermediate skiers, particularly in hard packed conditions at the end of the ski-day. The option, pursued by most of us, was to exit the slopes at the novice-intermediate ski out and walk back uphill to the property. We have rented properties at Whistler for a ski-week for most of the last 10 years. Apart from the minor inconvenience associated with the ski-in, ski-out, the property was one of the nicest we have stayed at in Whistler. The owner was pleasant and very responsive to our enquiries throughout the process. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Had a great stay at this condo. It was exactly as advertised. Very well appointed and in good condition. Communication with the owner was fast and efficient. Walk to the slopes was quite easy. I would recommend and we would use it again if/when we came back.
