The house has three bedrooms: one double with en suite bathroom with a large shower and two double rooms with bunk beds (convertible into double) of sturdy solid wood served by an adjacent bathroom with shower.
It has a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a veranda with sofas, a large square in front and a barbecue.
All rooms are equipped with cooling and heating.

Summary: House was very well , big garden and bbq place. Porto Pino beach at walking distance. Kite spot nearby (Punta Trettu ,Porto Botto) This place ( Porto Pino) is also nice for a non kite boarder.

Summary: It’s a very beautiful and large property, situated at a 10 min walk from the beach and center. The rooms are equipped as seen in the photos, very well maintained and furnished. We had AC in every room but didn’t need it because during the night the house was naturally cool. The kitchen is very well furnished with fridge, oven, boiling pot, toaster, cutlery, and basically everything you need for a family with small children. There is a large terrace which can easily accomodate a party and there are many areas in the garden where kids can play. The host and their family were very accomodating and helpful, gave and offered us any extra we needed. The driveway fits 3 cars and there’s an access road in the back and a port(beach) access in the front. We stayed in 4 locations in Sardinia and this was definitely the best.

Summary: Very nice villa surrounded by trees near a small harbour and the sea. Great house with outside fireplace and outside shower. Nice garden to relax in. All and all a great atmosphere and relaxing place. Few little restaurants and bars on walking distance, other stores and restaurants are 15 mins by car. Lovely owners of the house, communication is warm and helpful. We will definitely come back here!

Summary: The villa is located about 3 - 4 kms outside of the small village of S'Anna Aressi .This village offers several small supermarket food outlets with excellent quality produce, a fresh fish shop, bakeries as well as restaurants. However, where the villa is situated, in a protect pine forest, there are also a few local shops, a great deli, bakeries as well as restaurants. The beach is within walking distance from the villa via a gate leading from the garden to the quaint harbour. A perfect home for a family holiday. We are a family of 5 adults & found the accommodation very comfortable. The kitchen area is small and we felt we could have benefited from some extra equipment, eg larger coffee pots & serving dishes. Being able to easily find great food, local wine & extremely hospitable local people made this holiday a truly memorable one. The owner was very helpful & we would certainly recommend this villa for a family vacation.

Summary: We stayed with our three children in villa Bicus and had a wonderful time. Entering the classical Via Candiani road towards Pinetta beach (which was hard to find on google maps), after opening the porch, the villa showed up as a hidden treasure surrounded by pine trees. Our children loved to play on the large terrace and enjoyed the morning walk along the fishing boats to see the fishermen empty their fishing nets. The family gave us a warm and friendly welcome. The villa was clean and in a perfect condition. A very special place that we would definitely recommend for a great vacation.

Summary: The owners are lovely people, very helpful, which will give you all useful information for exploring the southern Sardinia. Their house is confortable and ideally situated in a very interesting and beautiful area. Moreover, you have good spots to pratice kitesurf (Porto Pino beach, Is Salinas, Chia, ...). If you like good food, you can walk to the friendly restaurant il Cormorano. To conclude : 4th holiday in Sardinia and still the same pleasure to discover this island.

Summary: This has been a truly magnificent holiday experience. The house and the beaches of Porto Pino are just amazing. Good restaurants and small shops are in walking distance. The rental part of this family holiday home is immaculately renovated. It has two beautiful bathrooms, a master bedroom and two rooms with large bunk beds. The kitchen is functional and spacious (not the one red/white kitchen featured in the pictures). The house, terraces and gardens have a nice layout on different levels; the levels are connected with stairs that proved dicey with our toddler. For allergic people and kids the mosquitoes in the pine grove are quite a nuisance; however this is a more general problem around Sardinia. Absolutely overwhelming was the kindness and hospitality of the owner family, we seriously plan to come back.
