Absolutely clean basement apartment that is totally renovated. We replaced the kitchen with a breakfast area that includes a table, chairs, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Perfect for people who want to eat and snack but not fuss with cooking. The living room has a nice sofa, matching chair and wide screen TV. It is comfortable for your short term stay with more room than most hotels. Driveway parking is included. In a quiet and safe family neighborhood yet only one block to buses which take you to MBTA in 5 minutes with access to all Boston. If driving; downtown Boston, Harvard Square, MIT or Tufts can be reached within 12 minutes, Rt 93 in 2 minutes. Minimum stay 3 nights April-Sep 2022. Must down and climb stairs-this is a basement apartment.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The host was very accommodating. The property was extremely clean. The location is extremely close to the bus line which gets you to the subway orange line very quickly. I had never ridden a subway before and was able to figure out the system to this location with ease.The property was also extremely quiet. Nice selection of quick dining options close by.
