Summary: Upon entering the home and batting off spiderwebs, the door to the bedroom fell off its hinge (bottom), causing a major safety issue. “Vacasa” was hosting us and never responded. There was duck tape on two door handles and mildewed butcher block counters and floors. Closets were not finished and had a urine smell. Very odd experience and have still yet to hear from Vacasa about this issues we had. We left and did not stay. I feel bad for the homeowner being represented by Vacasa. It’s brutal communication. The home has a lot of potential, the decor and vibe is great, just needs finishing/polishing.

Summary: My family and I stayed in the home for approximately 2 weeks. The home had a beautiful yard. The kitchen was nice. The home met all of our basic needs. The neighbors were friendly and the home is close to a lot of shopping, grocery stores, a laundromat, and not too far from downtown. The only issue we had was that the bathroom door came off the hinges and was unable to be fixed until we checked out.
