There's new paint throughout, new and very comfy beds and bedding. We even have a large patio with drapes for privacy. We also have a desk area and a full-size washer and dryer. Also, you'll be in the middle of town that's close to restaurants, groceries, etc. but on a nice quiet street.

Summary: I needed a place to stay for my daughter's pageant. This rental was close by, so it seemed perfect. Unfortunately the event had to change locations due to a fire and i was not able to cancel. I asked to change the reservation which was allowed but i only got half of 1 night refunded. Honestly that little bit made no difference. Staying the 1st night was not as pleasant as I hoped. The heat was not working properly. The downstairs was freezing. The upstairs was ridiculously hot. I reached out to owner who responded but the suggestions didnt help. It remained freezing downstairs. The upstairs became slightly cooler with the vents closed.

Summary: I was here to visit my parents and especially my mom who was recently in the hospital. The location was easy to get to see them and take her to doctor appointments. My nieces in the area called it the cool condo. Love the decor and comfortable feeling while staying there. The host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend and will see if available on my next trip.

Summary: The place was amazing! Had everything you needed.Close to shopping and restaurants.It also was a short drive to the Little Rock Zoo, the Old Mill and was only an hour away from Hot Springs Arkansas. Would definitely stay here again.😀

Summary: We couldn’t have been happier with a late notice booking with Ms. Stacie. The condo was just what we needed and it was very clean and well taken care of. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Will book again this summer. Highly recommend.

Summary: The stay was very pleasant and just as advertised. The beds were comfortable and my daughter loved the little twin nook in the master. The kitchen and downstairs area had many nice touches that we would have enjoyed if we had stayed in more than we did. Most importantly for us it was very conveniently located to where we needed to be and in a nice, quiet area. Thank you for a great stay!
