Apt is in a 4-plex100' behind our home on 5 acres in a beautiful valley at the end of a tree-lined dead-end private rural road near LRAFB & Pine Valley Golf Course, secluded & quiet, yet close to the city. 560sf unit has a 185 sf BR with king bed, 50" smart TV, ceiling fan, & closet; 75sf full bath/laundry; 280sf LR/full kitchen w/ full-size appliances & service for 6, 65" smart TV, ceiling fan, queen hide-a-bed, love seat rocker/recliner w/ console; all wrapped in foam insulation for max sound barrier. If u like fishing, bring your gear to fish the pond 100' from the apt. There are 2 kayaks available for guests to use; also a fire pit near the pond with skewers available for roasting marshmallows, hotdogs, or whatever. If u don't want to wet a hook or get on the water or roast smores near the water, u can enjoy the gorgeous view of the pond & the serenity of our valley.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, and our dogs did too! The host had just gotten a new couch and loveseat for the living room. Apartment was well-equipped and clean, and very quiet setting. The pond view was wonderful, early the last morning I saw a flock of geese fly off the pond, such a pretty sight.

Summary: Great stay overall. The road to the property is narrow and curvy. Setting is beautiful. Accomodations were all we needed except for a measuring cup. The bed is a little bit hard for our old bones but we managed for 3 nights. Living area nice and comfortable. Bathroom had all we needed plus super plush towels.Mr. McCoy met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. He was very kind.

Summary: Mr McCoy was the absolute best! He helped my sister and I grill our steaks because we had never grilled before and forgot the George Foreman 😅 he made sure we had everything we needed! Amazing host! And we loved Rocco! The room was cozy and clean! The land was beautiful! Thank you for letting us stay!
