Summary: An excellent hotel, with very helpful staff. Room was very large, with separate lounge and bedroom. Allowed us to stay a few hours after checkout time, meaning we could use the pool, a shower room and secure luggage storage. 10 out of 10

Summary: The view from our apartment was stunning. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel seems to have been recently refurbished, very tastefully. Excellent breakfast and buffet dinner, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return.

Summary: Fantastic people, from the reception, to the cleaners, to the bar staff. It was kids friendly. The restaurant was tasteful. The pools were pretty good. They could have done a couple more improvements at the rooms, such as adding reading light next to the beds, or a TV in the bedroom. But minor things.

Summary: This place is amazing. If you want the perfect balance of "home from home" apartment that's modern, clean, spacious, comfortbale... with all the benefits of hotel service with breakfast and dinner waiting for you, then this is the place. The staff work incredibly hard and they are approachable, friendly and attentive. I really cannot fault any of the service i received from this place. The food is fantastic - there is something for everyone. The location also is perfect to enjoy Cala Galadana. I think above all else, the apartment suite was just amazing. I cpuld fully relax and wasnt stuck to one bedroom like most hotels. The decor is really modern, clean, airy. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
