Positive: Everything was amazing right from the onset. Georgio is an amazing host. A couple of days before arrival ... He started checking On us. Guiding us on the best possible routes ... Helping us plan an itinerary. Even took extra efforts to volunteer and pick us up from the train station given we had large luggage. House is very well thought off to the minutest of details and amenities for the guests. Very spacious. Great done up kitchen, games to play, wine to drink. Very comfy bedroom and a great bathroom. Right on the lake with great views and very accessible to the bus stop which is right beneath. Also it's reasonably priced compared to other towns like varenna which are quite pricey. Highly recommended for anyone who would like to visit Como. Cheers and happy holidays.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the perfect balance of this property: a traditional Italian exterior that opens into a spacious, modern, and incredibly homely interior. The panoramic views of Lake Como are simply breathtaking, we spent hours just taking it all in. The Hosts: Giorgio and Veronica are world-class hosts. Giorgio was in regular contact before and during our trip, ensuring every detail was perfect. The information pack they provided was a lifesave, filled with seamless transport advice and local "hidden gems" for dining and sightseeing. The Apartment: It was professionally cleaned and featured an incredibly comfortable bed. We loved the thoughtful touches: high-quality bathroom products, treats, snacks, and a fridge stocked with beer and water. The coffee machine was a daily highlight, especially when paired with a pistachio croissant from Covo Pasticceria just downstairs (truly to die for!). The Location: While the transport links are excellent (only 40 minutes by bus to Bellagio for a few euros), we highly recommend the slow stroll from Lecco train station. We stopped at Frigerio Restaurant & Wine Bar for antipasto in the sunshine, followed by life-changing gelato at Grom, Lecco. It’s the perfect base for exploring; we easily hopped on the ferry from Bellagio to visit Varenna and Menaggio. Though it was a romantic trip for two this time, the futon sofa bed in the living room means we’ll definitely be bringing the kids next time. Thank you, Giorgio and Veronica, for an unforgettable stay!

Positive: Great space! Very clean! Loved the view. Great open space. Quiet. Loved the kitchen with lots of pots and pans. We love to cook and this was just perfect. Loved the bathtub. Perfect that there was laundry. Great that there was yoga mat and supplies to use. Good location to get to other towns. Great restaurants nearby. Lots of nice details from host. Loved sitting outside in the patio for coffee. Thank you for the late checkout. We would come back for sure! It was excellent and we highly recommend.

Negative: The bed was a little hard for our liking but that is a personal thing. The place was super clean and well laid out with everything you would need for a nice getaway!

Positive: The location is specatular, with great views of the lake. The restaurants and pubs can be found very close to the apartment and they are very nice. The area is clean and well maintained as is the apartment. The apartment was well equipped with utilities, supplies and even food! The communication with the host was amazing and Guorgio is a really friendly guy. The place itself has a great atmosphere and you can see the attention to detail that has been paid while furnishing it. I can go on and on... this place has been my favorite ☺️

The host is very responsive and helpful—you can ask any question and get a quick answer. 2. Beautiful, stylish, modern renovation. It's especially comfortable here in winter. The bathroom and shower are spacious. 3. The room was clean, cozy, and pleasant. 4. The kitchen has everything for an evening Italian dinner by the water; you can stay in and enjoy the evening with a bottle of fine wine. 5. Excellent location—there are many great places nearby, convenient for exploring the best of the lake and Milan.
