Positive: Very modern, clean, well equipped and great location. Nice garden area and private parking a good bonus.

Negative: If using both bedrooms, the top bedroom has to share a bathroom with the bedroom with the on suite, which from a privacy point of view is not great. Second bathroom is on the ground floor ideal if your making up and using the sofa bed in the lounge, but useless otherwise. Privacy a major issue, all floors are open so you can hear everything.

Positive: The house is very, very well equipped and air-conditioned. Renovated (and nicely), it was also very clean. Thank you for the little touches (wines, cakes, etc.). The house is well located, 5 minutes walk from the lakeside. Restaurants nearby. For shopping, Como is very close. Very good responsiveness of the hosts to our requests.

Negative: Only one downside: there is no acoustic separation between the bedroom on the first floor and that on the 2nd. Everything that is said (or done) in one is heard in the other. You can get along with it when one of the rooms is intended for children, but if you come with two couples, it can be annoying.
