Summary: Lovely room and best breakfast we've had during our travels in Australia, great restaurant staff. Hotel service is not what I would expect for a 5 star property. No concierge, staff did not recognize us even after 6 days of stay. Final night was sleepless due to very loud party with thumpy music in event room directly below our room. Windows and floors literally shook, yet staff didn't intervene. Not a 5 star experience.
