Summary: We loved our stay at Mike’s place, Homeaway. The home was clean, cozy and conveniently close to the Piniellas trail, which we used several times a day to walk to and from downtown Dunedin, or simply for a nice leisurely walk. I highly recommend Homeaway!

Summary: Very nice, clean. An outside sitting area would have been nice. Bed was comfy. More than one roll of tp would have been nice and an addtional box of kleenex. A few extra bars of soap would be good, since they are so thin. The kitchen needed more than one dish cloth and one dish towel. A few kitchen essentials like more than one trash bag, plastic wrap, foil and some storage bags would be nice. We came by plane, we had to go buy a small cooler, 2 beach towels and two chairs for visits to the beach. We left them so the next guests dont have the same issue.

Summary: Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small and had no counter space. There was a used bar of soap from previous users. Area under couch had a lot of sand and garbage. Only a few paper towels on roll. Bedroom had no luggage rack or anywhere to open suitcases. Would have been nice to have TV in bedroom. Description said porch/veranda but back stoop was about 3 foot by 3 foot deck and front was a small concrete entrance with no chairs to sit on.

Summary: It was pretty and in a great location. I mile from Dunedin Marina an 2 miles from Downtown Dunedin. Honeymoon Island was about 5 miles away.

Summary: Super cute apartment! Clean and remodeled. Bed was super comfortable too. Very easy to check in and out. If staying in this area again I will definitely stay here again. Close to downtown Dunedin and downtown Clearwater. Area is beautiful to take walks on the walking trails.
