A completely renovated 1 level house located, in a cul-de-sac, within the Legend Trail Community. The inside of the house has a ping-pong table in the front room, with benches, that allows it to convert into a dining room table. The kitchen area and the living area give the feel of an open floor plan. The living area boasts a huge sectional comfy couch and an electric fireplace for ambience and comfort. The master bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite with double sinks and shower, along with a walk-in closet. The house also has an office space for those that need to work remotely. Outside is a private pool with beautiful sunset views. The pool can also be heated; however, there is an additional $100/day for the use of the heater. There is a dining table outside in the pool area too along with a grill. This house has everything you need along with some added fun inside (ping-pong) and outside (pool). Great peaceful spot!
