Summary: Small old Cozy house that looks like it had been recently flipped. Perfect for our stay, as I was up from Tennessee for my 50th class reunion. Also very close to where my sister and niece used to live. There were some problems with both the front and back doors sticking, therefore very hard to open. Also, using too many electrical appliances will cause the power to go off. An easy fix as the breaker box is in the kitchen. These problems were discussed with the owner with promises to fix in the near future. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The washer and dryer were great…looked brand new. Also, the front and back yards are large enough to enjoy. Suggest bringing your own lawn chairs if you want to sit outside.

Summary: The house has been redone. It’s was very clean. The neighborhood was nice. The door is hard to unlock because the door needs to be corrected. The kitchen is lacking pots and pans. Overall great place to stay.

Summary: We had quite a few issues with our stay at this property, first off the wifi information they provided was wrong. No biggie, I ended up solving this problem on my own by finding the router. Then the next day when we went to leave the door would not lock. I do realize it’s an old house but the issue couldn’t be fixed the entire stay (they offered us a late check out as an apology). The house is owned by a company called Evolve and they direct you to send any questions to a woman named Tonya, she was very response and tried to help the best she could but she was just a middle man. The property was clean and nice but didn’t function well for us because we have a 2 year old and a 10 month old and the dining area was raised up on an platform so it was a huge tripping hazard. The kitchen set up was pretty bare bones, they didn’t even have dishtowels or sponges to wash dishes. I also needed a blender but they only had a toaster, coffee maker, microwave and stove.

Summary: Home was very clean and in nice neighborhood. It seemed to be newly renovated, but n Home was small and compact-very tiny bathroom. Main bedroom was large, but floor was very slanted making bed a little awkward (footboard needed to be raised a bit)-but mattress was comfortable. Kitchen newly renovated but was not fully equipped for preparing meals. Bear minimum dishes, pots/pans and no baking pans or measuring tools. We still had a nice stay---

Summary: Enjoyable stay! The property was very clean, well-stocked with basic necessities, and quite cozy. The area is safe, quiet, and a great location in the Metro Detroit area that's easily accessible to major highways.
