Negative: The fact that there is only one entrance to both apartments. Ended up meeting with someone I knew and I really didn’t need to see . Very big coincidence but was very uncomfortable. Happily didn’t last for my whole stay

Positive: The place is stylishly furnished and still new. The air conditioning works well and was super helpful on hot august days. Easy checkin and responsive host.

Negative: The entrance is an old stairway where people smoke and keep jars of cigarette buds which really stink. The cleaning was not done properly - we found long black hair in the shower, the kitchen was cleaned superficially and the place was really dusty, except the floors. And more. I offered detailed cleaning suggestions to the host.

Summary: Could be great if cleaned better. Nice decor.
