Summary: Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working (other customers were complaining about theirs not working either that were facing the airport, same side we were on) The room got up to 86⁰ the one night we stayed. The pool area was so-so, hot tub not working. The room conditions were sub-par. Although the bed was actually comfy! Complimentary 'breakfast' was awful! Definitely won't be recommending this hotel!

Summary: Always pretty decent I wish I could get a room and a different part of the hotel since I've been here six times and I think I've gotten the same room two or three times

Summary: Our room had no black out curtain so had to move in the middle of the night. No one checked to see if we got moved ok or not! New room had no sheer drape? Sketchy clientele, people hanging out in the parking lot and in the hall? We have stayed there many times.....NO MORE!

Summary: The lobby is really nice. While not a very varied menu, the food at the restaurant was good. Food is your typical American fare, so there's not really an international meal option. Drinks and wine were excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great too, way better food than other hotels I've stayed at. Bed is really comfortable, but furniture and decor in the rooms could use an upgrade. Furniture was dated and noticeable chips in several places. Glass tops on the furniture were not placed accurately- in a hotel like the Hilton, the glass tops on the furniture would have been meticulously placed. A bit of an odd smell in the hallway, but nothing too concerning there. I only stayed for one night so cleaning my room wasn't a concern for me, but apparently you have to request them to have housekeeping clean your room- odd since this is standard in most other hotels. People who stay there seem to be a mix of foreigners and trashy locals. I stayed overnight because I just had my carpet cleaned that day and needed a cleaner place than my apartment to stay while everything was still in disarray. I might stay again. It was okay for a one night stay. Price was reasonable, but if I have a budget to spend more then I'd probably choose a better maintained and more modern hotel.

Summary: Hi I would actually like to request a partial refund . Our bed had stains on it. Also, our room was easily accessible from the gym window!! We couldn’t believe it. Someone used it and opened the window and stood on our patio while our kids were sleeping .

Summary: they were working on the spa/jacuzzi, yellow tape all around, kind of disappointing. Room was outdated and not quite like the pictures, maybe they are in-between remodeling some of the rooms. bathroom was ridiculously small. the door almost hit the toilet was hard to get in and even close the door. complimentary breakfast was literally 3 in pancakes and parfaits. and that's it. and water and coffee. so don't waste your time there. Staff was super friendly which is a plus but I wish the rest was a better experience but that's what you get for a $100 room i guess.

When it was my turn, they couldn’t find my reservation until they went in the back for some time and came out saying it was all good. Summary: I got the room for some me time with a nice AC. But then the AC wasn’t really working. Didn’t realize that till the next day when the temperature was really hot. The cable selection was also kind of bad and one night it felt like how cable was back the year just turned 2000. lol! The one thing that I really liked about the stay was the room was very spacious. Which was a plus yea that’s very much is it.
