Summary: Staff was friendly and check in was fast. Lobby area was modern and looked nice. The first room we got had a problem with the AC unit. It was making a loud rattling sound. The staff was quick to give us a new room. The room itself seemed outdated. The carpet was old, the shower was a bathtub shower, and there were only charging ports for mobile devices on one of the two nightstands.

Summary: We really enjoyed Memorial Day weekend at the Renaissance. The room was clean, comfortable and large! Nice, big bathroom. The staff was so friendly and helpful as well. It was surprising that there were no bell staff or valet for cars (although we prefer self-parking), no hosts in restaurant, although wait staff/ manager were available for seating. Food was good. The condition of public areas, especially elevators and 3rd floor elevator lobby, need attention. There are scuff marks on walls and floors.

Summary: When I purchased the room, I paid $17 for Valet Parking! There was NO valet parking offered! You had to self park and walk a ways to the room.

Summary: It is in excellent shape, but it is time for updates and upgrades. The bathroom's tub is so high it is a fall hazard. The hall carpet on the 4th floor is buckling and dirty. The elevator makes odd noises and bumpy. I love the hotel and have been staying there for over 15 years. The Bay Club is fantastic.

Summary: Large comfortable rooms. An actual health club for fitness options. Friendly staff. The downside was evening food options. They have a nice restaurant, but the cafe with more casual food options closes early, and there isn’t a lot of options directly around the property.
