Summary: Reserved. A historic Maine King well in advance. Was put in a two-bedroom large apartment; was not cozy, noisy due to people upstairs and creaky stairs and floors. Lloyd's has heard as if they were in your space w/little kids. Was not a quiet romantic space which we wanted and thought we would get. Was not told they switched. It just gave us keys and sent us on our way. Disappointed as this was our only opportunity to visit Concord and specifically wanted that room that we reserved. Man and at reservation counter was not what I would call a customer oriented person and we were told they had no choice but to give our room to someone else. Apt is good for family, but not for two people who wanted a quaint historical room

Summary: I LOVE all the history of this property and the age. It was so charming, very old and authentic. The exposed beams on the ceiling, the wide planked floors- so cool! The restaurant was lovely too.

Summary: There is no elevator in this building. I should have assumed that, as it is a historic site. Once we got our big bags up the stairs though, I didn't mind in the least. Cool location and local lore! The room was very luxurious, but could have used a mini fridge.

Summary: We enjoyed stay here very much. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Check-in was pretty slow with only one person at the desk, and he was in a very lengthy phone conversation with someone. The staff we encountered could have been more friendly and helpful, but maybe that’s the nature of residents of that area.

Summary: They told me because i booked with expedia i was placed in the lowest level next to laundry room. Room very small. 2 floirs down from libbt. No elevator. I was told all expedia bookings went to the lower level Very disappointed. Hotels.Com and exoedia shoukd warn people if this.

Summary: The location of the Inn was superb, but everything else was just so-so. The price was exorbitant for what you got -- a basement room, none-to-clean with no fridge or microwave. Hot water spout on the coffee machine in the guest lounge did not work. Shower in room dripped. Having said that the location did make visiting the Concord sites very easy. Small market & pharmacy only half a block away and many restaurants within easy walking distance.

Summary: Only stayed one night, but slept well. Bed was comfortable, it was quiet. Dinner was great. Bartender was nice. Overall was a great location & stay.

Summary: Poor a/c in first room. Staff moved us to another room. Much better. Considering that the building is over 300 years old, good conditions. Don’t expect to be a 5 star luxury hotel.

Summary: The room was fine, although there were a lot of stairs to go up and down with luggage. Our main disappointment was learning in the morning that breakfast was only served on weekends. As we had chosen a hotel with breakfast so we could get to our event on time, this threw our entire schedule off. Being told it was only a five minute walk to the restaurant was not useful, as we know there's always a wit for a table there in the morning. If you're not serving breakfast, don't put a breakfast menu on your hotel website.
