Positive: Exceptional stay and quality of services, including really amazing food and drinks. Staff were brilliant and we had a great time with 2 kids, including an infant. My son loved the kids club.

Positive: The whole experience was great, I hired the beach pavilion , expensive maybe not needed , but it certainly added to the experience with more or less butler service , and credit to Mustaffa he looked after us brilliantly . We upgraded our room, which was also brilliant but again came with more cost but expected , but worth it
Negative: Nothing to complain about really , but if I have a complaint it is extra costs, the two specialist resturants we used were great but as you already paying for the buffet meal the added cost of 80 euros for two was I think too much , the pavilion as stated above enhanced the holiday a lot but 150 euros a day ! not a complaint really but far too many food outlets , I needed the gym lol

Positive: It was our anniversary so they had decorated the room before arrival and left us food and bubbly which was a lovely touch. The hotel is easy to navigate and it's big but not vast so easy to get to where you're going. The hotel staff are so polite and helpful without being overbearing. E.g. when we arrived to check in, the buffet was just closing but the lady on reception made sure we managed to get some dinner before it shut. There's plenty of options for lunch and dinner and the drinks selection is good. You also never have to go far to get a drink or a quick snack, they have a few smaller food huts dotted around and they are relaxed about eating on the beach or by the pool etc. The room was a lovely size and our balcony was overlooking the pool, sea and mountains which was stunning. Mini bar was well stocked and the room cleaned to a high standard every day. There are plenty of games and activities to keep you busy, volley ball, football, tennis, darts, bowling, etc. The hotel is gated and security check all people entering, which makes you feel very safe. Beach area is very nicely arranged, towels on hand and always well stocked. The evening entertainment is quite a high quality. We are a couple expecting our first child and the activities for kids were great. They had a life size car for the kids to paint on one of the days which was really nice to see. We would go back with kids, the hotel is very family friendly but also had a nice mix of different families and age groups. No big groups of men or women e.g. stag or hen parties, etc, which matched the chill vibe of the hotel. We tried the Asian a la carte restaurant on our last night which was lovely. We didn't manage to visit the spa or the club but we imagine they were both of a high standard.
Negative: Only a very short list, the hotel shop is very expensive we ended up buying and then returning some items which we knew we would get for less than half the just outside the hotel. We tried to get an Uber and it was cancelled because the driver said the hotel won't allow any non yellow cab drivers through. The yellow cabs are quite pricey. Both of which are expected when you stay at a private resort so didn't impact our stay and we really loved the hotel and would stay here again.
Summary: Amazing stay, deserves it's title as one of the best hotels in Antalya

Positive: What didnโ€™t I like is the question! Everything was amazing! We stayed for a week and had the most relaxing time. There was luxury everywhere, there are so many food hubs as well as drink bars, coffee bars, coffee shops, dessert places, BBQโ€™s, fish restaurant, ice cream places, there was so much that we didnโ€™t even managed to eat at all the places! The staff are amazing too, service is great too. The cleanliness was everywhere, from the bedrooms to buffet area, to pool to spa, I count find a fault.
Negative: If I had to say one thing it would be, as the resort area is large, I feel a map would have helped to know the area better.
